Refunds
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or on SALE are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
• All returns require items to be in their original, unused, unwashed condition with intact tags and packaging.
• Arenia reserves the right to decline refunds for worn, soiled, laundered, or altered items.
• Currently, refunds are not available; however, eligible items can be exchanged if the item is in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, and unaltered).
• Shipping fees (both standard and express) are non-refundable.
• Arenia retains the right to accept returned items only in their original, undamaged condition. If a received item is in poor condition, it won't be accepted or exchanged. In such cases, the item will be returned to the customer, incurring a $12 shipping fee. Customers will be notified to opt-out and avoid the additional charge.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
